History & Philosophy
The hotel building, which is over 100 years old, has been in ownership of the Cremer family for the last 80 years.
However, it was only in 1999 after 3 generations of lease agreements, that Peter Cremer and his wife Anne Cremer - the previous owners of the Their-Brewery in Dortmund, decided to take over the running of the hotel themselves.
The only family-run 4-star-superior hotel in the city-centre of Muenster presents a perfect symbiosis of tradition and innovation.
Our Philosophy:
Even a hotel that is rich in traditional must conform to modern standards and requirements. Due to continual renovations and expansions we constantly improve our facilities without spoiling the individual style of the hotel that makes it unique.

Cautiously redesign and modernise in a manner that makes sense and suits the guest.
