The advantages of a conference package are obvious: a comprehensive service package at a low price with full cost control. As a conference hotel, the offer at the Hotel Kaiserhof Münster includes a basic package that can be extended to include numerous services. Does the package not suit your needs? Our packages can be booked regardless of the number of people. If there are fewer than 10 participants, an additional room rental fee will be charged.

BASIC CONFERENCE PACKAGE
The following basic services are bundled in this package:
- Room provision incl. stationery, energy costs and cleaning
- Standard technology in the conference room (projector, screen, one flipchart, one pin board, moderation material)
- Mineral water (medium and still) in the conference room – no limit
- Coffee/tea flat rate in the break area (from the welcome coffee until the end of the event)
- Choice of lunch
- Set lunch (choice of three main courses (meat, fish, vegetarian), followed by dessert selection at the table or lunch buffet – at the chef’s discretion & choice of the day)
OR - filling stand-up snack with a one-pot dish, various salads and snacks, as well as dessert in a glass according to the chef’s daily selection
